Prepare for Your Visit

We’re excited to welcome your family to CCCV Kids! Here’s everything you need to know to make your first visit simple and stress-free:

Classroom Availability
Our Kids Ministry classrooms are open during all regularly scheduled main services:
Sundays: 8:30am and 10:45am
Wednesdays: 7:00pm

Create a KidCheck Account
Your child’s safety is our top priority. We use KidCheck, a trusted, secure digital check-in system that ensures only approved guardians can check kids in and out.

  • To check in, you’ll need a free KidCheck account.
  • If you don’t already have one, you can create it in minutes at KidCheck.com.
  • Download the KidCheck app from your app store for faster, touch-free check-ins right from your phone.

Classroom Check-In Process

  • Check-In Stations: Upon arrival, head to the nearest KidCheck station (see Campus Map).
Check-In stations open 30 minutes before each regular service.
Classrooms open 15 minutes before each regular service.
  • Follow the Prompts: Checking in is simple, enter your phone number at the kiosk to get started and just follow the remaining prompts. A KidCheck name tag label and guardian receipt will print once your check-in is complete. Servants are available to help assist you in creating a KidCheck account if needed.
  1. Guardian Receipt: After completing your digital check-in, you’ll receive a unique guardian receipt that matches your child’s label.
  1. Drop Off: Head over to your kid’s assigned classroom with their name tag and your matching guardian receipt. The classroom teacher will review and initial your guardian receipt, then welcome your child into the classroom. Make sure to keep your guardian receipt!
  1. Pick Up: Return to the classroom to pick up your child and present your guardian receipt to the teacher. The teacher will confirm the 3-digit security code on the guardian receipt matches the code on your child’s name tag before releasing them back to you.
